Terms of stay

Reservation & Payment:

  • Your reservation is confirmed based on room availability.
  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.
  • Please note that the resort may change or cancel promotions without prior notice.

Check-in & Check-out:

  • Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
  • If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, please contact the front desk.
  • These are subject to availability and may have an extra fee.

Occupancy & Guests:

  • Room rates are for the number of guests specified during booking.
  • There is a maximum occupancy per room, and additional guests will incur extra charges.

Smoking & Damages:

  • For the comfort of all guests, indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • You can use the designated smoking areas.
  • You will be held responsible for any damages you cause to the room or hotel property and will be charged for repairs.

Guest Conduct:

  • We ask that all guests behave respectfully and keep noise to a minimum to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

Safety & Liability:

  • The hotel is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
  • We encourage you to be aware of all safety procedures and amenities on the property.

Booking cancellation

Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, 50% of the prepayment will be charged.

  • Modifications are subject to availability.

  • No-Show: In the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
